Our design team approaches every job as a blank canvas. We listen carefully to your needs, offer our suggestions where appropriate and then work with you to create a unique design, perfectly tailored to your requirements and your lifestyle.

It's a straightforward process which begins with a visit from your Underwood designer. Once the design is finalised and approved by you, a delivery date is agreed and the installation team takes over. Your personal Project Manager will oversee the whole installation and be your point of contact throughout.

You are kept informed every step of the way, with an open invitation to come and visit our workshops at Grendon Underwood and see your furniture being made. It's a memorable experience, seeing the sheer quality of the materials and the many craft processes involved in creating your own, totally individual, pieces of furniture.
